HRP acquires 3D Air Sales
HRP is one of the country’s leading wholesalers of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. Pace Equity was engaged by HRP to search for complementary acquisitions to add to its portfolio.
A comprehensive national search was undertaken and 3D Air Sales was selected as the preferred candidate. The Pace Equity team then assisted HRP with the negotiation and project managed the transaction through to completion.
