Computer Software Group acquires Consensus IT
Pace Equity was commissioned to undertake a selling assignment on behalf of the shareholders of Consensus, a specialist CRM and Membership Management software company.
The Pace Equity team advised the shareholders throughout the sale process and undertook a carefully targeted marketing campaign resulting in the company’s sale to Computer Software Group.
